Support with the tasks, structure, and mental load that can start to feel overwhelming
Sometimes it’s not one big problem causing overwhelm - it’s the build-up of emails, paperwork, deadlines, decisions, responsibilities, unfinished tasks, and everything sitting in your head at once. Often, people already know what needs to be done, but feel stuck when it comes to starting, prioritising, organising thoughts, or holding everything together alone.
This support is designed to help reduce some of that mental weight in a calm, practical, collaborative, and non-judgemental way.
Sometimes support is less about productivity and more about reducing the constant background mental load that builds over time.
What support can look like
Sessions are flexible and adapted around what feels most helpful for you.
Support may include:
body doubling and collaborative working
planning and prioritising
gentle accountability
inbox organisation
breaking large tasks into manageable steps
support with work-related admin
problem-solving
working through mentally heavy or avoided tasks together
Some sessions are quiet and focused. Others are more collaborative and conversational.
Some people prefer structure. Others need flexibility and space to think things through as they go.
Both are completely okay.
Body Doubling & Collaborative Working
Sometimes the hardest part of a task is not the task itself. It’s knowing where to begin, getting started, staying with it long enough to make progress, or facing something that already feels mentally heavy or overwhelming.
Body doubling provides calm, low-pressure support while you work through tasks in a way that feels manageable for you. For some people, simply having another person alongside them creates enough structure, accountability, shared momentum, or external focus to help things feel more possible.
Sessions can be:
quiet or collaborative
structured or flexible
focused or gently supportive
camera-on, camera-off, or somewhere in between
The goal is helping tasks feel less overwhelming to face alone.
This support may help if:
everyday tasks are piling up and starting to feel overwhelming
you feel constantly behind on admin or responsibilities
you keep avoiding things even though you want to get them done
you feel stuck, frozen, or unsure where to begin
you’re balancing work, study, family life, burnout, neurodivergence, hormonal changes, or simply too much at once
A gentle note
This support is practical, collaborative, and shaped around helping things feel more manageable.
Some sessions are highly productive. Others are simply about reducing overwhelm enough to make things feel possible again.
Both are valid.
