I started Anchored Support because I know how overwhelming life can feel when everything seems to sit in your head at once.
A lot of the people I support are capable, caring people who are exhausted from trying to keep up with work, study, admin, responsibilities, deadlines, or just day-to-day life. Often, people already know what needs to be done but overwhelm, mental load, burnout, stress, brain fog, exhaustion, or life circumstances can make it difficult to start, prioritise, organise thoughts, or hold everything together alone.
My role isn’t to judge, push, or pretend to have all the answers. It’s to provide calm, practical support that helps things feel a little more manageable - whether that means collaborative working sessions, body doubling, planning and structure, working through mentally heavy tasks together, or simply having another calm person alongside you while you figure things out.
You don’t need to mask, explain yourself perfectly, or arrive with everything organised before sessions.
