In your first full session, we take time to get to know you. We will work together to create your personalised support plan.

The plan is shaped around your goals, your challenges, and what you would like support with.
Most support is provided remotely (online/virtual). This gives you maximum flexibility and consistency wherever you are.
In-person sessions are also available in Worcester if that is helpful for you.
Your support is always adjusted to suit your pace and your specific needs.
Your needs and goals may change over time—and that is completely okay. We regularly check in with you, review how things are going, and adapt your support plan as needed.
